I really enjoyed the fast replies to my messages. They were always detailed! The team clearly cares about offering great service, I felt it! My room allowed me to have great sleep, rare when I travel. Breakfast had various good options.
Walking to the central area took a bit longer than expected! I needed to use a water transport more often.

Adriana at the front desk offered invaluable assistance. She gave us superb directions. The location was convenient, with only a short water bus ride to the city center. I loved the charming neighborhood. It was ideal for serene explorations. The hotel felt secure. It gave me PEACE of mind.
